Fitness In Plain Sight (FIPS) was created to help women feel present, connected, and safe in their bodies again—especially in seasons where their bodies feel different, unfamiliar, or harder to navigate.
I offer fitness training, movement classes, and mind + body workshops designed to support you in rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in your body.
There are many reasons we can feel disconnected from our body “home”—trauma, illness, aging, injury, hormonal changes, and everyday life.
